There is a wealth of experience and the 'old timers' are very willing to give you the benefit of their experience. There are also loads of people just getting their feet on the first rung of the ladder and a SEARCH of this Wannabees forum will help you enormously.
There are also some 'stickies' at the top of this page - please read those and do your own research because the questions you ask have been asked time and time again.
