Yeah but how much will we lose if they bring in team virgin and give us nothing for ever. They could keep us on the current eba for ever with no pay rises and 135 rostered hours every month till we resign. No overtime. No overnights. Nothing. That would be awesome. I know I am being asked to do more but what other choice is there. We can't keep saying no without consequences at some stage. If it goes to FWA whose to say that VBA won't get what they want anyway which could be worse than this agreement.
