I can't be bothered to get into why Sefo are weird but just ask around guys who have been to Maun and most will tell you Kavango air and sefo are the last choices.
And if you think the only people who don't like it are lazy then ABH you are so off the mark. Oh and you can't spell Africa properly this is the non bone head spelling!
Anyway if you are thinking of going to Maun for a job, its all about having a bit of drive and fitting in, so go and don't let Pprune effect your decisions to much. There are so many opinions on here including my own but they may not be yours, so make your own mind up and be your own person.
In terms of the IF thing it may have been different before I was there but when I was there no one cared if you had IF or not and there are plenty of Van pilots who did not, its your call.
