Not sure about Sefo but the other companies really don't care if you have it or not.
Most flying in Maun is VFR, but there is some IFR flying that you do in the rainy season. Therefore an IF rating is definitly an advantage. Besides a CPL without an IF rating is just a glorified PPL.
