If the controllers in JFK are non-standard, how can they give Air China a hard time when they don't understand.
pilots should have basic english conversion skills... those air china pilots cannot understand simple english which is why that JFK controller gave him a hard time.
"Have you been clear to the ramp?" is not that hard to understand
