I've experienced this problem occasionally, but nothing that hasn't been fixed by a couple of minutes full power blast on the de-mister (on the ground). If it's a known problem however, why not try an anti-fog solution such as
this? As any biker will know, fogging on the inside of a helmet's visor is common in the winter, but this (and many other similar products) do a great job at preventing condensation.
