I have my opinions about such CRM...
I'm sure you do, however it makes little difference to me.
Long before the latest CRM nonsense, we had something far better (in my opinion)...it was called
crew coordination...worked good!
And...still does.
New(er) guys to the FD wouldn't know about this, of course....their loss.
