Fish runs
It will be a bit difficult to get in if you don't have a rating in any of their twins ( Baron, Aztec, Islander, ) or the SEL C206 coz they only need captains at this time i believe.
Most of the co-pilot time are given to Indian or any other foreign students paying for the experience and I heard that they are "busy" with this income generating arrangement thus cannot accommodate any local who would be employed to get experience thru the co-pilot avenue.
Bottom line is there is an over supply of trainees.
I have a big twin (around 8000 lbs MTOW and STOL) which can be used for fish runs if any of the operators would give work for it.
