September passenger figure
Per the CAA: -
September 2009 - 936935 down 4.5% (2008 984245 per BHX)
The individual route analysis is out as well.
Most of the business routes were down (BRU, CPH, CDG, DUS, FRA,
MUC (STR, AMS, MXP & ZRH) as you would probably expect.
Most of the above probably had a year on year cut in frequencies and the
decreases in some cases was smaller than in other months of 2009.
Ryanair loads held up fairly well, Continental was 9320 down
less than a couple of hundred but PHL added 5599 to the USA figures.
Turkish I believe averaged over 100 per flight again and although
the EK & PK figures didn't look great (end of Ramadan) they were
both up. Mahan Air was not bad either at 2685 or 111 per flight.
