why dont you tell people that they need to check out of the hotel when they are not working?
So they stand on the road or has to pay for the hotel? As the DFO want?
Or why don't you tell them that they need to sign a paper accepting to obey OMa even though it is not according to the FTL. And not "Flight Tolerance Levels" as written in your contract. FTL means Flight time limitations.
