This is a sweeping generalization, because "worsening conditions" in euroland are not universal.
Better to qualify your statement and say that: Many pilots are leaving aviation because
they don't want to work in China in Korea, in Vietnam, or in the desert . . . where plenty of jobs are available for current and qualified expats.
