MPL's on Recurrent
I was one of the lucky few of the regular pilots who flew an MPL on recurrent. Bit of apprehension when i got my sked.
It turned out quite all right. Regarding system knowledge, crm and basic instrument flying. All around i would say the guy was at par with everything he had to do.
A little work on flying skills and some bit more flying techniques but that is something we cant expect from a guy who has less than 100hrs of actual.
Left side crew incapacitation is one i didnt get to suggest during my recurrent. Maybe il start off the idea. Just to reinforce worse case scenarios.
