In fairness to the Boss,

I believe that the official squadron crests (i.e whats on the standards) no longer has "Flying Boat" on. Same as 42 no longer has "Torpedo Bomber" Etc. So he's not changing the Official Sqn Crest.

I still prefer it the way it is now though.
