The issue with people we've hired in the last few years is that they forget everything that the
VB group is about - it's about doing things fun, differently & pushing the boundaries a bit! You knew this when you took the job - if you don't like it there's a lot of other airlines out there you could work for.
The marketing at times might be "cringeworthy" but it gets people on our planes - you only have to look at the feedback from our pax to know that they love our "fresh" attitude.
