does anyone really believe that the situation
A) was created by the immediate manger
OR
B) can be solved by aforemention manager??
As I've been saying for ages - it's all about the decreasing number of ATC's and the increasing reliance on overtime - AsA needs to fix one of these problems, and preferably BOTH.
