Asset strip yes TBE, but read your employment law, employees are not that easy to get rid of. To take the assets and discard only the employees of the company being stripped is illegal.
Am I to understand that the law has changed since BA took over Dan Air? They took what they wanted (The -300 / -400 737 fleet at LGW and the pilots flying them) and binned the rest regardless of seniority, with BALPA`s blessing and support!
