Easy, BMI tacked on to the bottom of the master seniority list. Grandfather rights to allow continuation of Captains on the BMI types, i.e. Airbus/Embraer.
If they wish to move fleet to the LH fleets then they have to accept their natural seniority and give up the command.
Would probably be nice for the guys and girls to have some stability for a while!
