I heard similar too.
There is so little movement further up the food chain, that people there are staying put rather than moving on at the moment. Even people from further up the chain who are out of work, are now looking at Maun for opportunities too.
I'm giving it a miss for now, much as I'd love to go, thinking with my pilot head - It's too much of a huge gamble that I'm not prepared to take.
