Agree with all the above. Friendly, helpful, professional. They manage to keep a good balance between the scheduled services (few) and GA (many). I can vouch for the no-hassle treatment of PPLs during scheduled services - when I last went the departure lounge was full of people going to the Isle of Man (I think) but we were allowed out to the apron with the minimum of fuss.
A bit pricey... but not for what you get. I always do an IFR approach because if you land off it, the approach fee is included in the landing fee anyway, and I need the practice. If you do an NDB, though, beware the notorious hill effects on the 27 approach - compare it to the GPS and the view out of the window and you will see why the minima are so high...!
