Of course, and "scam" is an overstatement hence the correction I made above. There's nothing wrong in looking out for each other. Other people on Lantau might see it a different way. I just mentioned it because some people are a bit sensitive about how a company's employees use their housing allowance.
That is not my own opinion though. Apologies for using those words carelessly. I was just trying to recommend one of the better places to live to someone who is currently outside Hong Kong
