Personally, I would tend to avoid Cairo this time of year in anything without an APU... I operate there quite often in a B200 and a bizjet. Delays for a stand on hall 4 (exec) delays whilst waiting for a follow me that only takes you 500m, For a quick(er) tech stop you could try HEAX Alexandria airport for a quick(er) turn. Tiger Aviation and ZAS Air both have a presence there.
