credo che in svizzera applichino questo:
JAR–FCL 3.105 Period of validity of
medical certificates
(a) Period of validity. A medical certificate
shall be valid from the date of the initial general
medical examination and for:
(1) Class 1 medical certificates, 12
months except, that for
[ ][applicants] who
(i) are engaged in single-pilot
commercial air transport operations carrying
passengers and have passed their 40
th birthday,
or
(ii) have passed their 60th birthday
JAR–FCL 3.105
(1)] If the medical revalidation is taken
up to 45 days prior to the expiry date calculated
in accordance with (a), the
[ ][expiry] of the new certificate [ ][is calculated by adding] the period stated in (a)(1) or (2)[ ][, as applicable,
to the expiry date of the previous medical
certificate.
