You clearly didn't read the post. I wrote:

I was not advocating Always running one crew down, merely that should that potentially occur, the
crew consider the actual purpose of the flight. i.e. getting the pax from A to B.
Your dispute with the company fundamentally affects those for whom the crew would clearly appear to be having less and less regard.
