I doubt that I'd get the job but it's still an interesting exercise to consider. I've pax'd into KEF, and watched the traffic at Reykjavik while eating at the town water tank cafe. I like Reyk. 's proximity to town. Especially if Wx forces a layover.
I think the most troublesome section is Mumbai to Cairo (presuming that's the best way) Long sector out of Mumbai then staying clear of the unfriendly countries to the N & E. I imagine ground handling fees for that whole segment is expensive & a pain in the arse.
