How the hell did you get 2100 B737 Hours straight out of flying school?
Normal in quite a few parts of the world. In 2006 and 2007 we hired full classes straight out of flight school before they even finished their CPL (frozen ATPL) straight onto Boeings and Airbusses, simply because we couldn't find enough experienced ones that wanted to work for the conditions offered. And no, not one of them had to pay their typerating either.
