well-known attitude to customer service
Would that be the same 'well-known attitude' I experienced last month with Ryanair? That is, flights to and from a remote Italian destination not served by other airlines, both of which were operated on time. Both flights on brand new aircraft with highly professional crew? It also cost £60 return, which I don't think is an unreasonable amount to pay for nearly six hours of flight.
