RYR check in at STN is sub-contracted to Swissport .
So is flight dispatch, but as they try and operate with minimum manpower, they're not very good at that either
I don't know of any ground handling agent in the UK which can afford not to operate with minimum staff in the current climate. With the lo-cos insisting on ever-tighter turnrounds and higher financial penalties for flight delays, the blame can't be laid exclusively at Swissport's door.
