Not realy Kit, we have already taken a mandatory 8% pay cut when they took 13th month - and If you took SLS, then depending on what rank it could be quite higher.
That is why I did not take SLS and I will not take it if they offer it again. I would rather them negotiate a pay cut, then we could set the terms of when it would be payed back and how.
That is the bitch with SLS - since it is voluntary, there is not much to negotiate.
