...reading between the lines (with a little bit of knowledge of UK employment law) and speaking to various well-informed contacts, I would say CM's posting is pretty much how things will go. Time will tell, but if you think BA's legal department is taking 2 weeks off and quaking in its boots, you may be in for a surprise
