If FR haven't replied within a 'reasonable' period of time after their charge appears on your card statement, you are entitled to ask your card issuer for a refund. The definition of 'reasonable time' varies from card issuer to card issuer. Internet payments are classed as CNP transactions (Cardholder Not Present). So, if you don't get what you've paid for you, are entitled to a refund from the credit card issuer, who in turn will simply charge the amount back to FR. So don't get mad, get even, get a refund
