About 325€ net increase over monthly capt's pay for LTCs and 545€ for TRI/TREs. Really says it all.
I wonder what the CAA/FAA/JAA would think if they found out that trainers were being selected [by certain airlines] for their willingness to accept low remuneration, rather than their actual ability?
Probably: "It's legal, therefore it's safe"
