Slim, stop being such a jerk !!! I am actually a RYR Captain, on a permanent contract, STN based and over 5 years with the company.
My P60 showed a gross pay of just over £90,000 for the tax year 2008/9, my take home pay most month's is over £5000,
yet I still only pay £39 per month to BALPA
before tax.
