I am being recalled from furlough and my company requires a PC in the last 36 months on type or we take a slight pay cut for about year. If during my time on furlough I flew a contract in the UK and received a CAA check ride/pc for my FAA validation are you saying this counts for company purposes here in the U.S.? Is the 36 months mentioned due to triggering a FAA training event or is it just a company policy in which I can say I have indeed had a PC in the last 36 months....i.e. no pay cut.
