From what I can tell, Mrs Maggs has gone to the trouble of having a silencer fitted that brings the helicopter noise to a level somewhere between that of a vacuum cleaner, and standing 5 metres away from a busy road

Having got nowhere with the Council, I suspect that the poor old dear is now turing to popular support to justify her case.
