Proposal -
WW sends out an envelope to all crew he wants on a new contract (specifically the CSD's/and old dinosaurs or anyone that would rather see BA go under than loose face). In the envelope there is :-
1) A new contract.
2) A P45
3) A note saying choose one of the above.
