. I took the photograph from an RAF VC10 on route to Ascension in 1985, we had landed for a refuel. The VC10 was parked someway from the terminal and all on board had to leave the aircraft during the refuel and stand by a very smelly monsoon ditch whilst the aircraft was refuelled.
