I'm afraid common sense went west with arrival of the new CEO. Desperation for more money for the shareholders has taken over from any customer service considerations.
They will brag about how much the trolley idea makes without taking into consideration how much it will lose the airport.......Ah well! just wait for the next brilliant idea.....!!
