While I agree and sympathise with the general tone of the story, I have to point out that there are 4 trolley points in T1 and the Travelex booth closed last month.
The abandoned trolleys can be explained by the policy of only having 2 members of staff on duty per shift for the entire airport
passengers hate it, staff hate it. I'd like to meet the muppet who thought this was a good idea.
