However we get 60% for working one year followed by one year off or vice versa over a period of four years. During this time we can not be made redundant and we are allowed to work elsewhere during the off years.
The 60% salary is still better then the MD-80 jobs I had and was offered during the last years before I joined NetJets! And we will get two years of out of four to do whatever we want! That puts it above average...
I honestly think this is a good deal instead of being kicked out. Nevertheless I can't stop thinking about how my life would look like if I chosen Wideroe instead of NetJets in 2007...
To get back on track, I can highly recommend NetJets for scandis after this crisis blows over and we start hiring again.
