I'm in agreement with Alvechurch & Call100 - A certain individual seems to be a lot of Mouth and no Trowsers - Look at the STN Tale of plans, Woe, Twice Woe and Thrice woe - See the STN passenger statistics - A tempory blip maybe - time will tell. The whole situation in the UK; Airport developement wise, is problematic - The idea that you can leave things to "The Market" to provide the impetus is sadly short sighted - The tales of COV and BLK spring to mind too. Anyware (served) in Europe and back for £60 - What is the true cost ? in the long term economically - As somebody else said in another thread reciently - Airport developemnt reflects the broader ecomomic health of the regions served. And yes I did BHX/BFS a couple of times paying between £150 (BA) and £80 Odd (Mearsk) - A small island, geographically awkward from an aeronautical perspective, with some very long runways in the wrong places.
