the PC check is responsibility of the company. As far as you work for a company they are responsible for maintaining you current. For instance, if you work in india with a FATA and 6 months down the road you do a PC check at CAE in Spain guess what you are still current, as long as you can provide evidence. If you do not work for an airline then this is a different issue.
Its not a initial type where you get it lets say in india but when you go back to US you have to get a ride with the feds. you are already typed and the PC form is being issued by the trainnig provider, NOT THE FAA !!!!
