This could be the big challenge for MAN.
BHX now has a fantastic boss in Kehoe who speaks the truth and sense. ie)

Just what MAN need to come out and say. BHX looks like it may, one day, take on MAN and STN for passenger number!
Also, what is the benefit of having more than one terminal, especially at airports such as MAN and BHX where there is no definitive carrier like LHR or CDG etc.
