you obviously have some experience being thrown out from a job or not being paid your salary regularly. Now after receiving your paycheck every month you scream of happiness. I think receiving the money I worked for is normal. And I don't have to be grateful for that especially when I work for a company that has the ambition to be a global major player whose advertisements are on every major tv network.
And it is ridiculous
for such a company to make such SMALL, as you correctly observed, cuts like orange juice, blankets, pillows etc. The savings from these SMALL cuts are very very close to 0. On the contrary they might have a negative effect by demoralizing the flight deck crew.
The only purpose these cuts achieve is to humiliate the people who try hard to do their job professionally.
