Perhaps it might be more accurate to say 'request' (they can
ask all they like) very, very high availability and flexibility as that's still below the going rate for a Challenger captain.
Then again if that's based on the island of Europe as opposed to the (main) island of the UK salaries are always a bit lower there anyway
