don't know about Dubai, long time since my last time there, but speaking of Rome can you give me an example of a place where not to be at the wrong time?
Born and raised in Rome so you can mention streets, alleys, backyards, nicks for suburbs, whatever.
I would rate Rome's crime rate absolutely in line with the majority of european cities, if not better.
But you may convince me otherwise and then I'll have to move to Dxb...
