Just googled Alteon, FSI and CAE and I couldn't find a EMB 145 or a CL-65 sim amongst them in the UK. Feel free to search a bit more but I didn't see any thing there.

The CAA examiner? Not cheap.
It may pay to do the cheapest FAR/JAR 25 rating in the UK and attach a LST with CAA on to it.
