I'm afraid we live in a very tolerant society. No beef with the experienced type rated lads; just think its a bit off when lots of entry level jobs are taken by foreigners (another dirty word) when 100's of chaps are watching 'supermaket sweep' at home. The 'they probably are not good enough' line is somewhat flawed.
