Cadets due to start at Oxford have been put on hold indefinately. Those already in training are being offered a few options to leave (extremely generous options in my opinion). Those already working the line have the same options as everyone else.
Personally I think it was a daft idea to begin with, but I don't think you'll be seeing the scheme return in the next 4 years.
