I see that you can reprint your boarding card up to 40mins before departure. A small business could be set up in one of the coffee shops or gift shops in the terminal. Set up a pc and a printer and charge passengers 10-20GBP to reprint their boarding cards and avoid paying FR the 40GBP. Although I think the numbers of passengers would be too few to make it worthwhile
