I'm doing my PPL at Headcorn and I love the place. I did quite a lot of hours on the Tiger Club's Cub before I realised I couldn't use it for the full PPL as it has no radio navaids. I'm now on the usual spamcans, but I
really miss the Cub with its rocket-like take off profile and point-it-to-go-there controls.
Conversely, I do find ATC airspace stressful!
